FileBot

Hmmm I wonder what I have done. I have been tweaking my syntax for the command line piece so I could add one thing at a time and make sure it all works under testing. Now that I have everything working under test I moved it into production. When I used a command prompt it works but all of a sudden its not kicking when uTorrent finishes a download. Any ideas? Did I code something wrong:
