Automated Media Server

Hi, im totally new at Filebot. I must say, i'm a big fan of it!!
My issue is that, im using Plex for my media center, amazing tool! And then rTorrent as torrent client, when a download has been finished, i would like the server to start filebot and run a script.
Im not sure if its the best torrent client for running these commands, let me know if you have any expirence with this
The things i would like filebot to do for me when download has been finished is:
Check if the content is compressed and try to uncompress it if that’s the case. Plex can’t read rar-ed files by default, this makes that work because it extracts the content to a path Plex is watching.
Next i would like it to find the content on one of the known databases thetvdb.com, themoviedb.org etc.
Based on what it finds FileBot should now create a symlink to the file in ~/media and rename it in such a way that Plex is likely to identify the content correctly. For instance Friends.S06E03.mkv will be moved and renamed to ~/media/TV Shows/Friends/Seasons 06/Friends.S06E03.mkv or similar.
This will allow the seedbox to continue the seeding of the file, and let Plex know the exact name, and make it easier for me to navigate around in my library.
I have searched on a lot of forums to find something similiar to this, but haven't been lucky yet. I hope that one of you experienced filebot users can help me with a solution. Its running on a dedicated server, so dont worry about the power.
