[request] Cleanup folders or file structures

Would it be possible to add a section with the specific aim of cleaning up and deleting rogue files. This is to remove rar files, nfo's or idx files if you don't want them cluttering the folder.
To prevent accidental deletion there could be a way to specify not do delete any video or audio filetype.
As a further addition if it's possible to check for duplicates at the same time then it could help with accidental double ups in the larger folder structure.
