AMC in original file directory.

Hi there. Apologies if this has been asked, it's tricky to search for:
Basically, I have qBittorrent configured to put my files in the given show's directory automatically. Later, I sort them into season folders, strip subs and nfos and run them through filebot. Each folder is a very simple show name/season#/show name - SSxEE - episode name structure.
Is it possible to have qB rename the video files once they're complete and leave them in their respective folders? It would be great if I could have FileBot automatically pull the video files out of the individual (original torrent) folders as well, but that's much less important.
