Something rly broken... Yesterday TvMaze was working fine, TheTVDB wasn´t working since i reinstalled my os. I'd only installed CS GO not more not less :D

That's a TheTVDB API issue. It's sending back bad data. You might wanna report that in the TheTVDB forums:

Just wait a few days. Try clear cache. This issue should resolve itself by itself. Works fine for me here.

The TVMaze issue is completely unrelated. Probably just some missing data in the XML data that FileBot doesn't account for yet:
