How do I intergrate FB with Plex if PMS is on my OSX?

Hi, I have Plex Media Server on my OSX Mac Mini as my Synology NAS 1812+ wasn't powerful enough to use as a server.
All my files it reads from and the Filebot Node are on my NAS. Is it possible to still apply Filebot sorting out the renaming of files? Or can I tell NZBget to rename them in the same manner FB does?
