How to deal with badly named files?

How can one rename the matching series names only or only the first two series:

Or how could I let FileBot match the names instead of matching the episode and season numbers?

Assuming that automatic matching doesn't work for some reason... usually because filenames don't match TheTVDB episode data... use semi-manual matching.

Thank you very much, rednoah.

Yes, clicking "Match" after dragging the series names to the rename panels did it. Great.

When the background color under a series name respectively both series names (the left and the right one) is white it means the episode and season are 100 % correct?

The two arrow buttons "Manually align episode date..." have the same effect as dragging the names up and down?

Renaming the names with white background is not possible? Or renaming a special amount of all, e.g. renaming 3 of 50?

Many thanks again

RED means that FileBot has reason to believe something is off (but the match might be ok). WHITE means FileBot has no objections (but that doesn't mean that the match is necessarily correct).

Yes. The tedious UP/DOWN and LOAD buttons are completely redundant and just using drag-n-drop is always quicker.
