[SOLVED][Problem] Presets -> Loading Video Values

EDIT:2 I fixed it. I guess i had 32 bit java on 64. I reinstsalled it making sure it was 64 and it works now.

EDIT: Looks like this is a problem not bug so updated it. Belongs in help.

I didn't see this posted else where. With 4.7.8 the preset expressions no longer pull all data from the videos.

The expression below no longer gives something like [HD, G, AC3, 5.1, x264]

{n} ({y}) - {tags} {[sdhd,certification,ac,channels, vc]}

The sdhd, ac, channels, vc values are blank along with {tags}.

It was working in 4.7.7 on win 10. which is why I think its a bug.

Thanks for the post! Before a real human comes by, please make sure your report has all the following points checked:

  • Include screenshots, logs or filenames (i.e. demonstrate the issue)

Yes. You need 64-bit Java if you're using 64-bit FileBot on 64-bit Windows.

If you use the Windows Store version you won't have these kinds of deployment issues. ;)
