Purchased, but wont let me download/install

Hi,

I purchased the Filebot app in Windows 10, then when I go to install it, I get the error

"Try again later
Something happened at our end"

this has been the same error for several days now

or I guess you might end up with even more negative reviews of people that cant get it to install :(

Sounds like a Windows Store problem. Have you tried talking to Microsoft Support?

EDIT:

Can you post a screenshot of the error message please?

You probably won't get around contacting Microsoft support and have them fix your account though.
