FileBot

I usually download mp4 files only, so i don't know how long this has been an issue. Lately I noticed that now when I download an avi or mkv files, it doesn't get processed at all, I don't even see a CMD box pop up like when an mp4 file gets finished.

For example this file worked:
Star.Wars.The.Clone.Wars.S06E01.WEBRip.x264-2HD.mp4

this does not:
Star.Wars.The.Clone.Wars.S01E01.HDTV.XviD-0TV.avi

utorrent is screwing up the command by adding \ at the end of the path resulting in \" which has special meaning: @see viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1899

Use this command: Putting "ut_dir=%D" and the end will probably work around the issue. Or make sure there's no trailing \ in any of the settings in utorrent.

You could have easily figured this out yourself by opening CMD and running the command that utorrent is running:

I knew about the backslash thing. I use to be very cautious about not having \ but lately i noticed even with \ it was working with mp4 files. i thought some updated version fixed this issue with utorrent.

But you are right that was the issue

I don't think they're ever gonna fix that issue. It's definitely a bug on their side though, and not much we can do on our side.
