MediaInfo is greyed out on the GUI

Hi, I'm hoping for a little help here. I have read the FAQ and I am on Win10 64bit, I have installed Java 64 bit, I have installed Filebot 64 bit and I have installed MediaInfo 64bit (I don't know if this is necessary).

However, in the GUI from the "Movie Bindings" window, the "Open MediaInfo" button is greyed out.

Any ideas people? I have searched the forums.

I also ran the SysInfo script and the results are:-

C:\Program Files\FileBot>filebot -script fn:sysinfo
FileBot 4.7.8 (r4846)
JNA Native: 5.1.0
MediaInfo: 0.7.92.1
7-Zip-JBinding: 9.20
Chromaprint: 1.4.2
Extended Attributes: OK
Unicode Filesystem: OK
Script Bundle: 2017-03-20 (r484)
Groovy: 2.4.8
JRE: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.8.0_121
JVM: 64-bit Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM
CPU/MEM: 4 Core / 1 GB Max Memory / 23 MB Used Memory
OS: Windows 10 (amd64)
Package: MSI
Data: C:\Users\Ian\AppData\Roaming\FileBot
Done ?(?????)?

Any ideas anyone (bump).

Do I even need to have MediaInfo installed? As in the separate package from https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo ?

1.
Screenshots? What is the current behaviour? What is the expected behaviour?

2.
You do not need to install the MediaInfo application.

Sorry, I thought my description was detailed enough. Attached is a screen shot, pressing the button doesnt do anything as it is greyed out. I assume it should show me detailed media info as I see from googling, looking at youtube videos etc. but unfortunately I have no joy, despite reinstalling everything as 64bit.

I would appreciate any ideas you may have as to what may be wrong.

Thanks, Ian

I've tried with the Windows Store version and can't reproduce the issue. Try a few things. Maybe you can narrow down what cases the issue.
