FileBot

I just purchased filebot from the Windows store. It loads up, but when I drag files into the left pane, then right-click in the right pane and select MovieMode>TheMovieDB...nothing happens. Literally nothing. I've restarted my computer twice, and I've tried several different files, but nothing happens.

Please help me get this working, or help me get a refund. Thank you.

What are the filenames? How many different files have you tried? Do the filenames contain keywords such as "sample" or "trailer" which causes files to be ignored?

The Windows Store is managed by Microsoft, so you'll have to ask Microsoft for a refund if that's what you want. I can only offer technical support.
