unable to access program

Let me start by apologizing, I'm not the most tech savvy guy, but I have a question.
I've been using filebot for a long time, and I've never had a problem. I purchased it back in February (because I used it so much on my windows 8 box) for $15, but for some reason now it won't load on my windows 10 machine. My question is if I uninstall and reinstall the program, is it going to make me pay for the program again? I can provide the order number if need be. I'm sure it's a simple question with an easy answer. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The Windows Store will not allow you to pay for the same software twice. All your software licenses are stored in your Microsoft account, so you can install the same software on all the computers you use as long as you log in with the same Microsoft account.
