I have folders with TV subtitles files: series name\series name s\series name s.ee.srt
For example: Arrow\Arrow 1\Arrow 1.01.srt
FileBot has a problem recognizing them.

What exactly isn't working? Looks like FileBot has correctly guessed the #1 match and is just asking you to confirm.

The reason it's checking with you is probably due to your season folder naming and not the S.EE number pattern, or simply because "Angel" is less unique a name than "Friends" regardless of any kind of naming pattern.

I hope now it's more clear.

After I've mannualy changed all "." to "x" & deleted FileBot cache:
Friends:

Angel:
The first step was enough for FileBot, it didn't ask again and again.

looks like filebot do not support the "dot" when it's a "MultiEpisode"

"Friends 9.23-24"
match "Friends 9"
match "Friends"
done

"Friends 9x23-24"
match "Friends"
done

@i10
you fix your problem you need to rename your files to the standard TV format e.g.

Friends 9x23
Friends 9x24
Friends 9x23-24
Friends S09E23-24
Friends S09E23-S09E24
