Not finding TV Show. (Wins 7)

I am using version Filebot 4.7.9 on my Windows 7 machine. I am trying to rename some shows and they are not finding the show on The TV DB or The Movie DB. I now they are on the database because I added specifically for this purpose. Do I have to upgrade for it to take to the database for any new shows/movies? If so is there a windows 7 version? I have only find the Windows 10 or Mac version. I really really do not want to have to update my computer just to continue to use Filebot. The show that bought up this issue is Murder with Friends.

On a side not: I really love this program it has saved me so much time and energy.

What TV Show are we talking about? Please post an example filename that doesn't work for you.

:idea: Please read How to Request Help.

:!: Unfortunately, Microsoft doesn't support the Microsoft Store on Windows 7, which in turn means that FileBot is not supported on Windows 7. Feel free to continue to use the legacy version of FileBot for the time being.

The files I am working on renaming are named like this:
Aileen Wuornos Part 1 - A Natural Born Killer.mp4

This is the show on The Movie/TV DB:
https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/70749-murder-with-friends

https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/70749-mur ... episode/16

Code: Select all

filebot -list --q "Murder with Friends" --db TheMovieDB::TV --filter "s == 1 && e == 16"

If the series name is not known from the file name, then FileBot will ask you to enter the series name. I'll be able to match the correct episode using the episode title after that.

In the worst case, if automatic matching doesn't work, then you can always align matches yourself. See Getting Started, Page 2:
