Unable to reinstall after format

I had a catastrophic failure and had to format my boot drive and re-install Windows 10 Pro 64-bit. I am logging into the Store with the same account I used when I bought FileBot. The price box is ghosted out and I cannot find another way to reinstall it. I have provided a screen shot of the Store and I have my order number, date purchased & conf. email if needed.

Are you using Fall Creators Update already?

I think that the information message is trying to tell you to install the latest Windows updates.

You are correct. The version of Windows I used to re-install was not the most current and after I activated the fast-ring it took a couple of day before Windows Update got me caught up to a current version.

I went back to the store and it installed.
