FileBot

I am using the AMC script for utorrent in Windows 10. In Windows filebot is a app thru the windows store. Everything has been working great I just wanted to know one thing if it’s possible. Every time the script is running a CMD console pops up to excute its duties. Is there anyway to have this run in the background?
