How to stop Filebot extracting zip files etc

Been using for quite some time and happy. However filebot extracts zip files automatically. So in my storage filder I have double the space being taken up. Is it easy to stop extraction of compressed files by default.
This is the line I am using in uTorrent at the moment but nothing I can see relating to compressed files. I assume it's in the amc file but that's all wayyyy over my head!
