Rename: changing Language don't work

Hello, in version 4.1.21, Rename funtion: Language selection it's not working. I select Spanish but remains in English.
Also Presets dont work, are not saved.
I'm a old (donor) user, today I bought FileBot in windows store and don't work............
(I unistalled old one, reinstaled new onw, ... don´t work)

Can you provide more information?
* What show is not working?
* Is it a single show or all shows?
* Is FileBot never remembering anything after restarting?
* What does the sysinfo output say?

Note that FileBot will default to English if Spanish information is not available on TheTVDB.

Thanks for the detailed explanation. This is very strange indeed. Can you try to use another machine to check if you can reproduce the same problem there? Is there a rouge anti-virus program running that might prevent FileBot from storing settings?
Try running filebot from CMD by opening CMD and typing filebot. That way you'll see console output and that might show you some errors that might give us some hints.
I haven't been able to reproduce anything like this on a clean Windows machine, so a Factory Reset would probably be a bullet-proof solution, but that's a last resort. I don't have any other ideas though.

Helo, the problem was ZoneAlarm software.
I tried to uninstall it and now Filebot store settings.
¿Is not strange, a firewall blocking Silebot storing? ¿Why only windows store version? the classic one works.

Please report this issue to ZoneAlarm customer support so they can fix their software. You can ask them these questions.
