I'm having a ton of trouble with this

I use playonTV to record DVR of some tv shows I watch and then I try to watch them via plex

But Tucker carlson tonight keeps recording with weird names with the day of the week rather than date. For example; "Tucker Carlson Tonight - Friday, November 10"

How can I use filebot to translate this to a proper date?
