Hello, I was trying to update my installation using
https://github.com/filebot/filebot/blob ... filebot.sh but ran into errors. Checking each line shows that there may not be a file available to update? Can @RedNoah please look into this?

Just an update: looks like there is some sort of readme going on to support the SW and asking for donations. I'd like to be on the record that I did buy FileBot through the Mac app store but I much rather automate all my FileBot runs...please let me know if there's a plan to help update the scripting capabilities. FileBot was originally installed using Brew and then updated to 4.7.14 using

My /App/FileBot version is 4.8 updated through Mac App Store.

The command-line tools for macOS are currently stuck at FileBot 4.7.9 because they can't be distributed as part of the Mac App Store version due to Apple rules. FileBot 4.7.9 works fine though, so I recommend just using brew cask and then using it as is. Did you run into any problems?
