Same issues as with other users today. Checked Spam folder and nothing

Please PM me name / email / Paddle Order ID. If something went wrong on the Paddle side, then you may need to ask Paddle for help first to figure out your transaction and your Order ID.

I can try to look you up, but it seems that the reports I get today just aren't in the Paddle system, so I can't search by name / email. Even though there may have been a transaction, Paddle didn't issue an order / license request. Not sure what's going on, but the best course of action is to first contact Paddle so they can check what's going on.

Four users within a couple of hours! Well, does not seem to be a wrong email issue, rather than something wrong on your end. I suggest you check with them as well.
PS. Oh, make that 5 users!

Yes, Paddle confirms that things are slow today. And somehow some order might be in the queue for a while before they're processed. So it might take a few hours, possibly even until tomorrow until everyone gets their license.

In the meanwhile, I'll just issue test licenses directly from my system for everyone who has sent me their email / payment confirmation. So that's why you all will probably end up with a P and T license each now.

Did everyone get they P (Paddle) license automatically yet? Or do I need to keep sending out T (Test) licenses?

What is the normal waiting time for a license to be sent? I purchased last evening and have not received any emails yet, just the purchase confirmation from paypal.
