File Dialog has stopped working

Good Morning. The program has stopped working. I have installed and uninstalled the application, updated the Java SE, but I still have problems.
I bought the program in the Windows Store.
The malfunction begins when I want to make a "LOAD" of the files to be renamed. The window remains blank and nothing else happens.
I send you the screenshot of the GUI and the problem.

Regards,
Txema Prats

Looks like the file chooser is showing an empty Documents folder. You can click the other buttons to navigate to another folder that contains files.

Alternatively, you can use drag and drop to drag and drop any file or folder into FileBot.

That is very strange indeed. Is there any error message if you run from console?

Have you tried using drag and drop instead yet?

FileBot is designed for drag-n-drop and buttons are just there for decoration and new users. So I'd just use drag-n-drop instead and leave it at that. If you can find any internal Windows error messages or warnings that might illuminate the issue, that would be really interesting though.

:!: Presumably one of those things where factory resetting Windows fixes the issue, but that'd be a last resort, and if d-n-d works, then I wouldn't bother with that.
