Is there any way to get Filebot to update Sickrage to change episode status from snatched to downloaded?

If you're using the amc script as sickrage post-processing script, then you can use the --def exec to make command-line calls on newly processed files. That would allow you to notify sickrage. However, how to notify sickrage is something you'll have to figure out yourself (and by that I mean read the docs or ask in the sickrage forums).
