[Microsoft Store] Unable to retrieve License

Purchased Filebot back on June 1st of 2018. My computer crashed and I have been reloading everything I had. When I reloaded Filebot it wants me to register it as it is now unregistered. I have tried to go onto Windows store. It has an email as a primary which tells me I have no orders. The only other email I might have used and probably did use won't let me add it to my account as a secondary. How do I get my registration back? If you need the order number I have it. Just didn't want to send it as I didn't want anyone else to see it.

Did you purchase FileBot on the Windows Store? If yes, please contact Microsoft Support.

Windows Store version does not have or need a separate license file. If you have purchased FileBot on the Windows Store, then you must install FileBot via the Windows Store. The Windows Store version will never say UNREGISTERED. If it says UNREGISTERED then it means you have downloaded FileBot directly from this website and not via the Windows Store.
