Synology NAS Filebot Running as Scheduled Task

Hi Everyone,
First just wanted to say a massive thankyou for the work you do on filebot and all the help this forum has given me in setting it up!
I have two filebot scripts working on the NAS by running them manually via the "shellinabox" package. I've read that you can set up cron jobs to complete the automated running of filebot scripts but as my linux knowledge is rubbish i was hoping to use the task scheduler on the synology nas itself.
Is this possible? And if so how the hell do i do it?!
