Keyboard Shortcuts

Post by ByteShare » 07 Mar 2019, 15:58

I was looking at this topic: viewtopic.php?t=3532
Is there a shortcut to analyze files with the last preset / mode used?
Is there a shortcut to Rename files after they've been analyzed?
Is there a shortcut to clear the Rename list?

CTRL+C / CTRL+V / DELETE / UP / DOWN should work as expected.

Unfortunately, there are no particular keyboard shortcuts for the various buttons except 1..9 for Presets.

HOME and END also work.
``Presets can be called instantly via keyboard shortcuts 1..9``
It is just 1-9 in the alphabetic order? I read through but didn't read anything about specifying which shortcut is for what preset.

1 ... Anime
2 ... Movies
3 ... Daily Shows

Yes, in the order displayed. I think FileBot forces alphabetic order here.

Yes, it does...just added preset.
And thank you for clarifying...the 1-9 should do some of what I need. As long as I remember which number is for what :D

Just key in 1 to 9 one after another until the result looks good.

Oh, found out if you add files, then while holding Ctrl you can add more files to FileBot without overwriting the current list.

Yes, move-drop / copy-drop / link-drop will behave differently. If you see a + sign next to the cursor before dropping, then that's a copy-drop, and so FileBot will add the files to the list.
