Unable to rename MP3 files

Hi,

Now and again when I drag an album into filebot there will be one file that stays greyed out and cannot be renamed.

I've checked the file properties read access, changed the name, played the file and can't see why it's different...this is before I ever search for information on the file.

Any help would be appreciated.

Great program, was reminded to donate today, was busy organising music at the time but will definitely leave something when I'm done.

Are you using AcoustID or ID3 Tags?

Audio fingerprint is not associated with any metadata yet.

You may use MusicBrainz Picard to submit new audio fingerprints:

ID3 Tags:
The file does not have any ID3 tags.
