So it seems after restarting, the renaming seems to be working again.

The subtitles just seems to not be able to find anything no matter what files I put in. I tried pulling the log after and it was just blank.

I had the Mac App Store version and separate Subtitles and after the update, renaming stopped working and subtitles stopped loading.
