(I just restarted it for the 3rd time... and ran the error log, but it's clean..)

I've had several ongoing errors while renaming files; What happens is windows gives a message saying it's copying then the application hangs. I tried to repair, and I've tried to re-install. I'm having issues with the current update which won't preserve the file extensions. (Settings set to: preserve extensions) but on rename has the error screen looking for file edits to complete. https://a.cl.ly/Jruq8ejJ

How can this be fixed..
