If you set the limits conservatively low, then it should mostly work. Best to ask the sysadmin for your shared server hosting environment (?) what specific limits they impose for your user or processes running as your user. Great! I had already played around with the "-Xmx" flag in the bash script. I set it to your options now and it picked up all the files I was throwing at it without any errors. So hopefully the issue is resolved with that! Thanks for your help
