Re: filebot 4.1 RC3 Mac OSX
On a clean OS X 10.11 El Capitan installation, you will have to install the JDK for this to work now. The SIP (System Integrity Protection - aka Rootless) built into El Capitan will not allow you to run the 2 commands I previously listed regardless of elevating to root or not. If you want to disable ...

Feature - Auto DL Artwork when renaming
A handy thing with the GUI would be a checkmark to automatically download the artwork from TMDB or TVDB when renaming a file. As it stands now, I'm renaming files and on some I have to choose the matching movie or episode. Then, when I go back afterwards and run the artwork script, I have to monitor ...

Rename from file hash
My apologies for asking a somewhat dumb question, but I failed to solve it from scanning the forums. Here's what I'm dealing with...I had approximately 11TB of movies and TV shows on a RAID 5 connected to my Mac Pro running Plex Media Server. I had a bunch of TV shows stored on a drive that was ...

brew cask: error: The following untracked working tree files
This whole homebrew cask setup is becoming a serious pain. Two different machines have given me a variety or errors just trying to update FileBot. Most recent is: $ brew update && brew cask install filebot error: The following untracked working tree files would be overwritten by merge: Casks/010 ...

Re: NullPointerException trying to match a movie
Interesting...the Change log for the entry shows: oNoMaDo added releases Value {"iso_3166_1"=>"GB", "release_date"=>"2014-12-01", "certification"=>"15", "primary"=>true} Looks like all the data was added by the same person today (12/3/14)...so I'll try in a day or two and see if it matches then.

NullPointerException trying to match a movie
Trying to match Jim Davidson Live - No Further Action I get the NullPointerException. File and folder have both been set to match the entry for TMDb: /Users/rkinard/Downloads/complete/Jim Davidson Live - No Further Action (2014)/Jim Davidson Live - No Further Action (2014).mkv Link to the TMDb entry ...

Re: Display long lines in columns
I've noticed this on my Mac too...not always...just on occasion. Usually a restart of Filebot will fix it. Running OS X Yosemite 10.10 (actually 10.10.1 developer build, but had it on the retail release) java version "1.8.0_25" Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_25-b17) Java HotSpot(TM) 64 ...

Freebase lookups? TMDB account login? IMDB or TMDB number?
Sometimes with Plex I can only get a match from Freebase...so it would be nice if Filebot could also add that into the lookup scheme. Not often, but it happens. Also, some movies tagged as Adult will not show up in a TMDB lookup using the web interface unless you are logged in and have the option to ...

Re: Artwork.* not pulling correct info sometimes
But why did the renamer pull the correct info from TMDB without any help when I renamed it? Seems like the renamer lookup has much better success in general, plus on the ones it can't find it gives a much more comprehensive list of choices. Honestly if the artwork lookup worked exactly as the rename ...

Re: Artwork.* not pulling correct info sometimes
No worries...just something to look into maybe. It appears that not all of the title gets used for the search sometimes. Like the line in my first example:
/Volumes/Mac RAID/Videos/Movies/Force of Execution (2013) => Force (2011)
Seems to only be trying to match that one word...

Re: Artwork.* not pulling correct info sometimes
ok...I downloaded the 2033 FileBot.jar and replaced the one inside FileBot.app When I used the command java -jar -Djava.awt.headless=false /Applications/FileBot.app/Contents/Resources/java/FileBot.jar -script fn:artwork.tmdb /Volumes/Mac\ RAID/Videos/Movies/Force\ of\ Execution\ \(2013\) It pops up ...

Re: Artwork.* not pulling correct info sometimes
Due to OSX compatibility reasons -Djava.awt.headless=true is set (as to disable any dock icons) but that forces headless mode so you don't get any confirmation dialogs. Open the filebot console launcher and try to set -Djava.awt.headless=false and it may work better. Also using the latest revision ...
