Is it possible with AMC to save movies and Documentaries on separate folders ? ?

Filebot (Synology) - just copy renamed files on SAME directory
Hi ! Filebot is doing things right, but when copying files to output directory, it creates the path as i would do on PLEX structure. Can it be supressed please ? I prefer to have all renamed files on the same place, and then move to plex structure handmade... to control missing renamings... Any help ...
