Re: Matching based on an alternate order
That did work in that instance, however, I now have an example where it doesn't. If you look at "Batman: The Animated Series" on TVDB, there is an "Alternate DVD Order" listed under BluRay. https://www.thetvdb.com/series/batman-the-animated-series/allseasons/altdvd None of the options in FileBot ...

Matching based on an alternate order
With a show such as https://www.thetvdb.com/series/dexters- ... ry#seasons there is an order called "Joined Order" which is refered to as an Alternate Order. Is there any way to get FileBot to use these orders?

Re: [SOLVED] Failing to match episodes in high season numbers
Indeed, I had switched it to DVD order, and forgotten to switch it back. This was compounded by successfully renaming many things in the mean time so by the time I got an error I had forgotten I'd done it.

Re: Filebot has recently slowed right down
Finally traced it to some Cyber Security software, need to do some testing to figure out what exactly is causing it, but uninstalling it on one of the computers fixed the issue.

[SOLVED] Failing to match episodes in high season numbers
Yesterday, I noticed FileBot not matching shows correctly when the episode is a high season number. This is new, as the same show worked fine last week. For example, Grey's Anatomy S21E16, if I search with TVDB, it matches the wrong episode, and if I "Edit Match" the options only go up to Season 16 ...

Re: Filebot has recently slowed right down
After a bit more testing, it feels like a file access issue. If I load a folder full of files for matching, it takes ages. If I then remove them from FileBot without renaming them and add them again, then this time the matching is super fast. It feels like the first time it is writing to a cache ...

Re: Filebot has recently slowed right down
1. So on the slower computer it is "M:\Media\TV" or "M:\Media - Staging\Video" but these are the two folders I have been using it in for years with no issues and on the faster computer it was just "c:\temp" for the test. 2. It is the latest version on both computers, the only thing in the log from ...

[SOLVED] Filebot has recently slowed right down
Recently, within the last few weeks, FileBot has gone on a super go-slow. It used to be I could drag 50 files (for example) into the app and tell it to lookup TVDB and it would take a few seconds to look up the titles, then almost immediately it would format the file names correctly for my episode ...

Re: Lost formats
I don't backup my home folder routinely, my documents are all backed up but not the %APPDATA% folder. Everything else in the folder appears intact, the history.xml goes back several years. Everything else from FileBot seems intact, the window size and position, the licence, it's just the rename ...

Lost formats
Filebot has today lost my formatting options and they were quite a complex string. Is there any file that has the formats in that I could retrieve it from?
