In cases where your file contains more than one episode, you can specify all the episodes included. Everything after the first found pattern ...

I'm trying out v4.0 on W8.1 and XP and I've got the same problem on both.
My folder structure is like this
Caprica
-> Caprica - The complete Series - Disc 1
-> VIDEO_TS
-> Caprica - The complete Series - Disc 2
-> VIDEO_TS
Each of the "Caprica - The complete Series - Disc xyz" is a full ...
