Re: Movie Trailers and Extras
I reverted the changes using the UI History>revert selection....mystery solved. When I looked at the history again I see that there are two entries for my Cape Fear rename, it must have run as a separate operation. One of the entries did indeed contain the movie file itself. I reverted that one and ...

Re: Movie Trailers and Extras
Yeah, Plex considers all of the following companion/extras so if they could be excluded that would be great and potentially prevent false positives. Or at least consider any of the items below part of "companion files" post processing. -behindthescenes -deleted -featurette -interview -scene -short ...

Re: Movie Trailers and Extras
The movie is 2hrs 7min so I'm not sure why it's still getting caught up. Here's the full path of the files along with their sizes and runtimes: /video/Movies_WideScreen/CAPE_FEAR (1991)/ Behind the Scenes of the Fourth of July Parade-behindthescenes.mkv 15.8MB 2min 12sec CAPE_FEAR (1991).mkv 5.81GB ...

Re: TV episodes with seasons and custom path issue
Yeah I guess I was taking the long way around to get to { drive }/Television/{ ~plex } I think that will do the trick. Thank you! The only observation I noticed is that on the destination path I get: /volumes/video/Television...etc. but my volume name is actually: /volume1 So not sure if that's ...

Re: Movie Trailers and Extras
Okay. So after looking at it again, it looks like I was looking at the wrong file for length. Apparently the one in question is 1hr 20min long. So, once I changed the length to be over 1hr 30 minutes it no longer had a conflict. I guess I'm gonna have to take that in a case by case basis since there ...

Re: Movie Trailers and Extras
Okay. I tried adjusting and uncommenting net.filebot.media.clutter.size=900 in the system properties, but filebot still seems to flag "The Making of-behindthescenes.mkv 212.6 MB". Just in case I also changed: net.filebot.media.clutter.length=PT30M but I checked the file in question and it's only a ...

Re: TV episodes with seasons and custom path issue
Okay, to capture the season, would you say this would be the best way? {drive}/Television/{n}/Season {s}/{plex.name} Thanks for the explanation on what is listed above the file match suggestion. Makes sense. On the error matching part. What I'm seeing is that filebot finds a few episodes that it has ...

TV episodes with seasons and custom path issue
Okay. So I have the following command/custom preset: {drive}/Television/{n}/{sn}/{plex.name} I'm using thtvdb as the data source. What I noticed is that when it prompts to confirm the matching show there are a few episodes that it couldn't match (which it actually does when I go to the main screen ...

I know that there is a post processing option to move extra files over "Import Companion Files", however I'm noticing an issue if the any of the files are larger than 200+ mb. I have an extra file "The Making of-behindthescenes.mkv 212.6 MB" that filebot thinks is the movie file: CAPE_FEAR (1991 ...

Renaming Folders and Movie Files in place?
Okay, so if I rename files in place by using {plex.name} it works like a charm. However, if the movie is located in a folder with the same name I'd like to be able to rename the folder and movie in place? I tried using the following: ./{n} ({y}/{plex.name} but it just creates another sub-folder with ...

Re: Need help with post processing - touch files - modified date
Thanks, rednoah. I hadn't thought about using the desktop version. I went ahead and downloaded the mac version and it worked as expected. I guess going with the desktop version the only thing I lose is the ability to use it remotely, but it's not the end of the world. As it is, I will most likely do ...

Re: Need help with post processing - touch files - modified date
After some research, it seems like there is an issue with Docker not triggering 'inotify' events on synology which is what it's drive sync uses to update files. Somehow, I need a way to trigger an 'inotify' event or force a manual index to update the files. Any suggestions? I'm stumped. All the ...

Re: Need help with post processing - touch files - modified date
Okay. Thanks for clarity on the {drive} and {folder} options. Noted. As for the modification of files, I ssh'd into my primary server and ran a touch command on the test file. It didn't look like the slave server's file timestamp updated. If I run the touch command you provided above as a post ...

Re: setting a username in docker compose?
So here's the -auth section of the docs below. It doesn't seem to describe adding a username option as environment variable but only adding them to a file. However, for the hell of it I tried the following: - XPRA_AUTH=username:value={redacted] I executed the docker container with this. It did seem ...

Re: Trying to add PGID and PUID causing errors when deploying container
Thanks for the response. I the specific numbers I posted here are not my actual IDs but "redacted" versions - although the ranges are the same. None the less, I believe you are correct that I got them backwards. Thanks for the clarification help. Please consider this one solved!

Trying to add PGID and PUID causing errors when deploying container
Trying to add group and user id to filebot. Re: Need help with post processing - touch files - modified date
Incidentally I tried using {drive}/{plex.name} and {plex.name} as rename expressions and they both seem to do the same thing renaming the files in place (for your version of filebot). {drive}/{plex.name} does not seem to move the files to the root of the drive as you mentioned in your previous post.

Re: Need help with post processing - touch files - modified date
I checked the permissions on the folder above the files and it seems like "write" for group and other was unchecked. I checked all the permissions and was able to get the rename to work. However, even if I tick "timestamp" for post processing it looks like the modified date of the files does not ...
