why new licensce key not work with old filebot from qnap store(4.9.6)?

hi,when installed new version-5.1.7- it works.. But i don't know,is this version will works on qnap correctly...

I use one year license-and filebot works good.
Now,i buy new license key,and i see everytime message-bad license key,from putty,and from filebot node...
What i make bad?
Install on Qnap.
