Re: Series' not picking up the Year?

Ahhaaaaaaaa! Thank you!  Hey, quick side question; Here's the Movie code that I use, is there a way to have it detect if the file is a ".srt" sub, and if it is, change it to ".eng.srt"? Z:/Media Server/Unsorted/Movies/{collection.sortName('$2, $1').replaceFirst(/^(?i)...

Series' not picking up the Year?

I've been noticing an issue lately, when naming TV Series'. It seems that FB will pick up the first year it finds for that show, then use it for the Year for all subsequent files. For example, my girlfriend ;) grabbed The Simple Life, and I'm trying to use FB to name everything the way I like it; it...

Re: A few things

Ahh ok, thanks for the info on F2. I'm gonna have to start keeping notes about the hidden / hard to find tricks in Filebot, lol. I found out what was wrong with the info bindings; it turned out that even though the file was movie size (about 2gb), it must've been corrupt or something, because none o...

Re: A few things

I realize this is an old thread, but I did a search to "manually rename files" and this one showed up, and seemed relevant enough. ;) After working extensively with Filebot for the last week or so, I've found myself wishing for the ability to "tweak" individual files' names just ...

Re: BUG: Read for details

Awesome. :)

Were dialog size/locations added as well? The one in particular that works against my productivity is when opening the Edit Format dialog, since I have these real long format strings.

Change Sample: Supposed to change it on label too?

http://i.imgur.com/oS733ro.png In the orange rectangle, is "avatar" supposed to change to the file name that is chosen after pressign the "Change Sample" button and selecting another file? For example, when I do so, and choose a file named say, "Men in Black II - some OTHER...

BUG: Read for details

I'm running dual monitors; when I click on Edit Format | Change Sample | Select Media File, the file dialog spreads out across all of screen 1, and partially onto screen 2. Re-sizing the dialog from the right side hides the Open | Cancel buttons. This is on the latest version 4.6 (Windows 8.1 x64). ...

Feature Req: Mark Odd/Even rows

Would love to have an option to turn on row marking. The usual, that you see in other apps, to help the eye more easily follow along when many files are shown in a list.

Re: Lil help needed for Plex renaming

Alrighty, thanks again. It was throwing me because in the expression editor it was showing the backslashes as well, only changing after hitting the button. Wasn't sure if the forward slashes in the list would cause a conflict with Windows.

Re: Lil help needed for Plex renaming

Thanks a million, that was perfect. :) Here's what I ended up with: Z:\Media Server\.Processed\{n.replace(':', ' ').upperInitial().lowerTrail()}\{n.replace(':', ' ').upperInitial().lowerTrail()} ({y}){' - pt'+pi} One thing that's throwing me a lil bit; whether I use backslashes or forward slashes in...

Lil help needed for Plex renaming

Hey all, I'm brand spanking new to using Filebot (loving it so far :P ) and working on getting a Plex renaming scheme working. Currently I have this: Z:\Media Server\.Processed\{n.replace(':', ' ')}\{n.replace(':', ' ')} ({y}) - {'pt'+pi} What I want to do is just be able to drop all of the folders ...
