Ok, sorry Rednoah ! Anyway I made a stupid error, I used --def "ignoreTextLanguage=en" , but in my case, i have to use --def "ignoreTextLanguage=it" (i'm italian :D). With this method, there can be 100000 embedded not Italian subtitles in a file, but Filebot look for the Italian one !

It is installed, I see it in the applications, but if I do filebot -version in cmdline, it tells me that Filebot doesn't exist
