I figured a way to fix, with Automator to move all the "files" to 1 new folder.
Then I used NameChanger to append/prepend etc as was needed.
But filebot did it's job, I just over did it.

I've accidentally added a couple layers of extra folders on the way to one show.
I have:
(f) show/ (f) show s1e3/ (f) show/ (f) show/ show s1e3
will FileBot 4.2 to undo my error so iTunes and Plex can see them properly again?
