Just my $0.02, I had the same issue. My existing scripts stopped working after updating to 4.7.5 with that Failure (°_°) message.

It prompted me to re-do my whole automation though, so I'm now using a slightly tweaked (with flags) AMC running from the repository which is working perfectly.

I was able to force rename the files correctly by using the humble shift key, which I never knew existed in this app. And I did read the how to request help, it's how I knew how to include the sysinfo output. FYI, there were some Chicago PD files in the same batch at first which remain in the same folder, however as you can see in the screenshot, even with the one file dragged into FB it renames it incorrectly.
