Re: AMC script overwriting files when episode lookup fails
I'm wondering now if I could somehow parse data out of the to.parent field. I'd like to grab the imdb id out of it and put it into a url in another column as http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1884161 or whatever the number may be. Sounds easy to me for a programmer I think. Sounds crazy hard to me. Here's...

Re: AMC script overwriting files when episode lookup fails
Actually that is not the problem. The problem is when something gets renamed, like say an episode. Then sometime later another episode gets named wrong or for some reason I get another copy of the same episode and it gets the same name. Rather than saying skipped, or giving any kind of hint, it just...

Re: Cleaner change request
I've been able to run this on my finished tv folder and remove empty folders even when they contain artwork and leave the artwork in the folders that have videos in sub folders, so thank you, I love it. It helps me clean the clutter after I have to reverse bad renaming. Love it! But... It still does...

Monthly log files
I use filebot a lot and so by now I have a lot of different log files and try to break them up monthly. Now when I call it with a batch file or from utorrent I finish with logfile directory that has the current month in it and I manually change the month (when I remember to update it). I'm wondering...

Re: AMC script overwriting files when episode lookup fails
I've always kept my conflict setting on skip, but I've found that when I get my emails after telling me about new files that have been downloaded and renamed, it will tell me that it has been renamed to something even if it has in fact skipped it. I wish that these emails could say skipped somewhere...

Forgot:

And:
CBB
AXNPL.N6
Does it tell you that I edited my post to add another or does it just get lost in the shuffle and a new post is better instead? (I have no idea.)

Re: Something is broken
Ok, so I have some subtitles that don't match my video files exactly (about 100 of them). The only difference is the video files end with a _ and the subtitles end with a _eng. I can manually change them, or drop them one at a time into the left pane and the video in the right pane of the gui, or ma...

Re: Really basic script
Awesome! Thank you for the fast response. I haven't been able to try the script out yet, but I think I need to tweak it. I want all my folders to have those 3 files folder.jpg & poster.jpg & movie.tbn and I want to know all of the folders that DO NOT contain all 3. So I guess I need a script...

Really basic script
So I know what I am asking for is simple day 1 groovy code, but scripting and I don't really get along. I'm looking for a script that I can point at one of my movie directories and grab a list of all folders with a video file in them and does not contain the files folder.jpg & poster.jpg& mo...

Re: Unable to run Filebot on unraid server
Did this ever end up working on unraid? I'm curious about setting up a torrent client for my unraid server to let it do the downloading and renaming instead of my main pc.
Thanks
Thanks

Cleaner change request
As always, thank you for the program. I love it and use it daily still. I use the amc online script with the cleaner option. I check my emails after to confirm each name change was correct and when I get home I go to the history to undo the very few that get misnamed. After a while though you can ge...

Re: Email notification links
That's exactly what I do. Take a quick look through my emails and match the name and year like you say. The problem comes when things get downloaded automatically and I don't recognize the name. I work too much to have time to watch trailers so fairly often they match but I still don't know what it ...

Re: Email notification links
Ok, so how about this. During the email section it uses the renamelog from and to. One option could be to use the from and search again to find out the imdb link, but even better, if possible would be to add the imdb url of the matched show to the renamelog each time and then it would be there in so...

Re: Email notification links
Yeah I know I have no idea with this stuff. Since it's still in the same script I just hoped it would still "remember" the value. What about, include imdbid at the start of the mail section or something. I don't know. Was hoping it was simple, since I would love to have this on each email....

Re: Email notification links
I updated my last post a bit to make it more clear. The www imdb link rather than the mobile imdb link and all the other tvdb and tmdb would really be the only required since imdb does both movies and tv shows. I thought it would be simply hr(); small("// http://m.imdb.com/title/tt${imdbid.pad(...

Re: Email notification links
I think you misunderstand. If you reread my post I'm wanting links at the bottom of the email I get after every rename so that I can double check it renamed properly but also click that link and be brought straight to the imdb webpage for that video. That way I see the poster right away and probably...

Email notification links
I download a lot of content without always knowing what it is ahead of time. Then I get the email report and wonder sometimes what it is. What I would like is links at the bottom of the email around where it says generated by filebot to help me with that. If it's a movie then the imdb link, the imdb...

Re: [REQ] Artwork Scripting Change
Now that that has been added, thank you again, I'm going to ask about another request I had months ago as well. Right now I still get a lot of timeouts for some reason, even with a very fast connection. To try and get around that I changed my script so that it actually retries to download artwork 9 ...

Re: [REQ] Artwork Scripting Change
Thank you guys for adding the extra backdrops downloading. I love it. I've tested and customized, but I haven't used it full force yet to know 100%. So far though my testing seems like it's going to be awesome. I changed mine a bit to match up with the way ember manages the extra backdrops (in case ...

Re: filebot 3.0 and 's
But does that explain why it gets it for some movies and has two different errors for the others? Wouldn't it be all or nothing? (If you're going to say they are cached btw, they were all already renamed with filebot so they should all have data then imo)

Well those both died after I went to 3.0 and now all of a sudden my imdb.rating is dead too :( Any idea why? I would like it back. Re: Utorrent script help please
I'm starting to experiment and tweak the utorrent script for me and I'm really liking it so far. I have it moving files in strict mode, so it ignores the ones it's not 100% of. Awesome, BUT then if I try to run the script standalone after with non-strict it's usually good, but sometimes makes mistak...
