Ok totally sorted now. Just played around with the custom format and also the output folder. Everything seems to be how I wanted it

Ok I managed to get it all working and understand things a lot better now. For some reason Filebot was excluding the whole contents of those 2 directories. When I moved files to a new directory under downloads it started finding files. Now that I have it working I have set it up to copy files ...

Ok I made a folder under downloads called episodes. I moved a single file to that folder, ran it again and got a success, but it didn't actually rename anything or move anything. In dry run does it simulate the process but not actually complete the tasks? Or should it have actually renamed and moved ...

Even if I select one of the sub folders inside unsorted it still finds nothing for processing

There are definitely files in that folder. I also just moved my recently downloaded files into that folder. So under unsorted I have sub folders for downloaded episodes, I even have just a single media file not under a sub folder. It should pick up something, but nothing

I am total noob. How do I get the log file? I can view it through the DSM under package centre, but can't seem to copy and past that text. I see you talk about Groovy Pad but no idea what that means.
