It's a program called Mounty and after doing some digging they have little blurb on their website that mentions this exact thing happening and to use a disk checking utility to fix it. I did that and it worked, needless to say I have uninstalled Mounty. I appreciate the help, thank you!

I do have to use a third party program to read/write to it. I'll try it on my windows pc and report back if that solves the problem. Thanks!

For example I have a season of a show that I would like to put into a single folder. Then I would like to have the folder renamed appropriately just like the way it does for movies by doing the control-shift-drop method. Is this a feature only available for movies? Thanks!
