It's strange, but I tried it again with the libs of the arm ipkg package (i copied them to tmp before I moved mine) and it worked now. Now I removed those packages and installed filebot from the filebot-3.0.ARM package. Filebot was now installed in /usr/share/filebot with a filebot.sh file in /usr/share/filebot ...
