Wow, i actually found the fix for my problem, extremely easy.

Open up the app on the main screen, press "control +shift + delete". worked for me!

Unfortunately, i dont have an answer, but a different problem ending with the same result, I'm not able to fetch any media. i've been using filebot since last year, on a machine that is designated solely to my media files, i.e. no changes have been made to this little mac mini that would have caused ...
