Switching to the Toronto PIA server allows me to access the website. I think the most likely culprit is filebot's cloudflare account has flagged/banned certain IPs used by PIA, but I could be wrong. Perhaps you could check with cloudflare, rednoah?

I have PIA running at router level. Filebot no longer works, and filebot.net is inaccessible (server not found). Posting from mobile phone right now.

Filebot.net is inaccessible on all linux and android devices (all browsers) connected to the router.

How did you install FileBot

downloaded .deb file from filebot.net
opened terminal in downloads directory
typed the following
sudo dpkg -i filebot ...
