Thanks rednoah, i did two changes, one run filebot as normal user and second i change my account from being the windows live one to a local one. and now it is working..

I start filebot as admin.
The share have no login, anyone on the network can access them.

I have a problem where my mapped share z: that is a network drive is not seen by filebot, he cant see Z: when searching for it.
I cant drag any files from the network drive and paste in filebot.

Using Windows 10
Updated the Java to 64bit, since i had earlier problem where renaming did not ...
