Looks like it might have been a hardware issue. The hard-drive started making weird noises so I picked up a new HD and started a full reload.
I just installed the store version of filebot and it opens and works perfectly.
I updated my rating in the windows 10 store to a full 5 of 5.

I was asked to post this info after my review on the windows 10 store. I have to say I love filebot, but I have to run the windows 7 version.
