I had the exact same error and coulnd't start "Filebot-Node" after updating Synology to 6.1 .

I fixed it by uninstalling Filebot-Node and reinstall it. easy and fast fix .

If for some reason like i had. Filebot node is not found in package center. Even though you added filebot Package ...
